Some of the possible uses of digital signage include building a brand, influencing customer behavior, or providing information. You might use it in a store window, on a counter, on an aisle or back wall, or maybe at a tradeshow. So before you start, ask yourself “What are you trying to accomplish using digital signage? And what is your motivation for using it?” Is it because digital signage can be more effective than traditional signage or printed posters? Is it because it’s easier to update? or are you focused on the time and costs savings you’ll get from being able to update your signage from your desk without calling a printer or sign maker?
